When we met with the Owners of this lovely home they put a theme to their project goal “Simple Brilliance”, and I reckon we pulled it off!
The home is an excellent example of how to renovate for longevity. It’s classic but classy fixtures and fittings in neutral tones with clean simple lines that pull it all together. The floorplan is well thought out and practical with minimal moving of walls and building new ones but a better layout overall sectioning off the living spaces from the bedroom wing.
Terrazzo look tiles paired with classic white subways and silver fittings are a timeless element to both the bathroom and ensuite. Two solar tube skylights were fitted to bring in more natural light to both areas.
Refitted and key’d in with new, the floorboards throughout the bedrooms and living spaces sanded up a dream!
Bifold timber doors look out onto the existing alfresco area where guests can sit at the bar bench of the new servery window.
Green kitchen cabinetry ties in with the fireplace hearth tiles and through the balance with white stone benchtops and white overhead cabinets, are a refreshing touch of colour.
