They say that bathrooms and kitchens are the most important rooms in the house and when you see the end results of this Joncol masterpiece you’ll agree! The renovation focussed on the three key elements of a great home – functionality, light and space and of course aesthetics!

This project really merges the cottage feel of homeliness with modern simplicity very well. The brick fireplace has become a feature contrasting the light neutral tones of the room, emphasising the history of this family home. The laundry’s sliding barn door also adds a touch of country charm tying in beautifully with the polished timber floors.

The bathroom’s clean lines and open plan give a great feeling of space while the patterned floor tiles bring some vibrancy into the room. The kitchen is bright and airy making for a very inviting heart of the home. The cupboards and appliances have been smartly designed to make the most of a small space and a good balance of size, height and colour mix have been achieved here.
